• Avaya IP Office Mobile Worker allows staff who are often out of the office, but don’t require a laptop, IP Office Mobile Worker (available with IP Office Preferred Edition) keeps them readily accessible. Avaya IP Office has a wide range of Voice Messaging Options. Messaging applications are vital for Hotels that want to ensure that every call is answered, even after hours or when everyone is busy, and that messages are properly and efficiently managed.

Avaya IP Office offers several messaging applications — VoiceMail Lite, Embedded Voicemail and VoiceMail Pro — supporting features such as automated attendant, voicemail, unified messaging, fax routing, interactive voice response (IVR), text-to-speech (TTS), centralized voicemail, and networked messaging.

Avaya IP Office Messaging incorporates everything you need in a voice messaging system such as: Automated attendant — Greets callers, provides information via recorded messages and routes them to the appropriate extension.

IP Office attendant solutions can be customized to handle calls in different ways at different times.

Voicemail — Enables employees, customers and collaborators to send and receive information, wherever they are located, at any time of day or night. For example, employees and managers can send/forward messages to one or more mailboxes, address messages by name or extension, or use the built-in directory. The messaging system can be set up to automatically “find” you and let you know you have a new message.

Unified messaging — Access voicemail and e-mail in one mailbox and see all your messages together. Receive your voicemail message attached to an e-mail and access it remotely on your PC without having to dial into the phone system. Save and forward voice messages the way you do e-mail. Hear e-mails read out over the phone, and reply to them while you are on the move.

Networked messaging — You can network multiple IP Office systems and administer the entire messaging network from one central location. Networked offices can even synchronize directories for automatic updating.

    VoIP Telephones:  Avaya 4600 and 5600 series IP telephones are designed for organizations that want the benefits of converged communications. These H.323 IP telephones connect directly to your office LAN, simplifying your communications infrastructure. With the 4600 and 5600 series telephones, remote employees can access the full set of features while working outside the office location. Digital Telephones:  
   
    Avaya 2400 and 5400 series digital telephones deliver advanced productivity boosting features, including a large display, key labeling and a 100-entry call log. They are designed for both general business and contact center needs.

    Analog Telephones:  Avaya analog telephones provide a breadth of choices for enterprise communication needs. These single-line telephones are low cost and support a series of features. The analog models include the 6200 and the 2500 series. Also available are the AT&T Trimline 210, the AT&T 958 Caller ID & Speakerphone, and the AT&T TTY 8840 analog telephones. The Avaya analog telephones supports a range of minimal features to multi-featured in order to meet the different enterprise user needs and location requirements. A TTY (text terminal) telephone is also available for the hearing or speech impaired.
